To heal a split in the self we need to do the shadow work and be gentle on the self one of the helpers is the triggers from others… triggers are blessings it’s when we pay attention to those triggers and go within to see why we get triggered then we receive the healing 🌹🌹

When one is deep in the dark night of the soul it absolutely can feel horrendous, i can say from experiance thier is light at the end of the dark tunnel but you gotta put the effort in to climb back out over time, keep grinding brother
