Being rooted in inner world is very important. One thing I learned is that trying to root your self from outer world doesn’t work. The roots don’t hold together. They get weak etc. rooting your self allow your to grow stronger and shed old skin and bark. This is key to yr growth. You can’t keep living on old broken soil and bad roots. It leads to bitterness etc. it lead to chaos and chasing yr own ego. Rooting yr heart center allows for the divine in you to flow. There no forcing it. You can’t control it the flow. I try for years. Being rooted for me brings fresh energy and a new perspective of my own journey. I can let go of what is no longer serving me. In the solitude of own self. We can be together in our silence soul community. Where we find ourselves and our voices. Then we shine that bright light to others. We allow the divine in our hearts to create something beautiful and powerful. That is our ongoing creation story. It our awakening to create us as beautiful beings.
