I feel I’m beginning to taste what “brain coherence” really is. My fasting—twenty-two hours each day—combined with the rhythm of morning and afternoon breathing meditations, has opened a new space in me. Even outside of practice, when I simply breathe into my belly with awareness, the harmony lingers. There is a stillness that spreads through the mind, a balance that feels less like something I do and more like something I am. Even when attention drifts from breath or formal meditation, coherence remains—quiet, steady, like a new ground of being.
