Shadow work is practically like uncovering the unconscious fictions that we call life but is the covered patterns that rule us. Did you watch the movie “US” the unconscious stole the individuals the opportunity to live an expanded consciousness without shadow or at least conscious of that there is a hidden “I” who wants to steal the show…. That is what keeps us in state of trauma, repressed memory.
