You can’t teach meditation,until you teach it is not meditation.we all have the capacity…at most is just a remembering
Hi,there is no study what natural capacities we have as observation.And meditation is when you are already silent from thoughts ,there is no meditation until the process of mind is continuous,just methods for observation.
