I've known about taichi for ages and I don't know why I didn't look into it sooner. Of course, it has an incredibly rich history and a whole lifestyle surrounding it, which I don't think I'll ever fully understand or fully subscribe to, but I now understand the basics, I'm getting more comfortable with the 8 silk brocades, and in just a week it has started to change my daily life.
