One of the most transformative books that I have read lately is No Death, No Fear by Thich Nhat Hanh. In the book individuals are intrinsically linked to nature and the cycles in the ecosystem all around us. Rather than seeing birth and death as absolute beginnings and endings, the book invites us to see ourselves as continually transforming, much like a cloud becoming rain, and rain becoming the ocean. It is a beautifully written book by and incredible person and I would highly recommend checking it out towards the end of inner peace and fear reduction! I also think it’s important to remember our role in the world around us and the compassion we need to give to our environment! Has anyone else read a book that completely shifted the way they see life or death? I’d love to hear your recommendations.

I was impressed by the insights into the structure of hyperspace described by Enmerkar in his book “Geography of the Interworld. Aeons and Ethers”. It’s available on Amazon.
