After an Kundalini awakening, I’ve spent the last decade doing deep inner work, from parts work to resolving old attachment and trauma-bonded patterns. During that time, many connections naturally fell away, creating space for more authentic, sovereign relationships to come in.
I’m interested in navigating self-actualisation and doing it safely with no spiritual bypassing. I also love music.
