Bare feet on the ground is a good way, or visualize an anchor going from bottom of your feet to the center of the earth

I love Earthing also. I use the roots going down into the ground and wrapping around big rocks when I am meditating. I also use grounding stones in my pocket.

My favorites for grounding tourmaline and selenite and carnelian. But my favorite crystals and Stones for the moment have definitely been black amethyst and meteorite and K2. And then the stones and crystals that call me a lot tend to be more lapradite and moonstone. I have a lot. I may or may not have a bit of a problem. How about you?

I have some, but I mostly invest in Orgonite…. Orgonite Andy is the best on the market. But I do love selenite as I am a cancer
