Where or how do you ground?

I love Earthing also. I use the roots going down into the ground and wrapping around big rocks when I am meditating. I also use grounding stones in my pocket.

My favorites for grounding tourmaline and selenite and carnelian. But my favorite crystals and Stones for the moment have definitely been black amethyst and meteorite and K2. And then the stones and crystals that call me a lot tend to be more lapradite and moonstone. I have a lot. I may or may not have a bit of a problem. How about you?
